Current June 2015 Home For Sale Inventory Levels
The are currently 64 homes on the market in Northbridge MA. This is four less homes for sale as last month when there was also 68 homes available. The average list price of these homes is $362,305. The average days on the market is 166. Inventory of homes for sale had risen the last two months but this month they decreased slightly.
Northbridge MA Real Estate Market Analysis
Analysis of the Current Real Estate Market.
The market activity in June for sold properties was remarkably consistent to last year with a difference of one sale 18 vs 17. Year to date however the amount of home sales has lagged behind the pace of last year by a healthy margin. This is due in part to the terrible winter slowing down sales for the first few months of the year.
The amount of pending transactions this month was decent with 12 home going under contact.
Inventory was consistently rising over the past few months but took a breather this month when inventory contracted slightly. I would expect inventory to remain in a range of where it is right now with fluctuations not being that significant.
Through June there have been 50 sales which is down from last year at this time when there were 66 sales.

There were 129 sales in Northbridge in 2014. This was down from 2013 when there were 144 sales.
