Inventory of homes for sale decreased from last month with one less home for sale. Inventory has been fluctuating over the last two months with 30 to 40 homes for sale. I expect this to continue or possible decline further for the next couple months.

The amount of homes sold for December in Milford was outstanding especially for this time of year. There were 27 sales this year vs 20 last year. For the year Milford bettered last years sales volume by a healthy amount. Year to date the amount sales this year has been better than last by a healthy amount. Sales were especially strong over the latter half of the year.
Pending sales this month for not that stellar but it is to be expected given the time of year.
Inventory levels remain very low. The market is positioned to do very well over the next few months as we head towards spring.
Milford continues a great place for first time home buyers with the majority of homes for sale falling under $350,000.
Milford finished 2015 with 229 sales. This beat the sales volume for 2014 when there were 204 home sales.

For 2014 Milford finished with 203 sales. This was down slightly from 2013 when there were 211.
