The are currently 43 homes on the market. The average list price of these homes is $630,323. The average days on the market is 133. Inventory dropped again from October. Inventory had been on the decline for the last four months which is always good for those who are selling homes. More than likely inventory will continue to drop as fewer people will put their homes on the market during the holidays.

Inventory continued to make a downward decent this past month. This more than likely will continue over the next few months as fewer folks list their homes for sale.
The latter half of the year has been very sold for Westborough real estate sales. Home sales have remained in locks step for the same amount of sales volume as last year. Sales moving forward should be decent but not spectacular due to seasonality changes
The month of November was great with 17 home sales. This was far better than November of last year when there was 12 home sales. Pending sales however were not as robust with only 7 properties going under agreement.
Year to date there have been 168 sales. At this same point in time last year there were 170 sales.
2014 sales vs 2013 Sales
Westborough finished 2014 with 176 sales. This is an increase from 2013 when there were 168 sales. Westborough is one of the few towns in the area that finished the year with more sales than last.
