The are currently 33 homes on the market. The average list price of these homes is $630,436. The average days on the market is 156. Inventory dropped again from November with less less homes for sale. Inventory has been on the decline for the last five months which is always good for those who are selling homes.

Inventory continued to decline over the past month, this time with ten less homes available for purchase. Inventory is now creeping down to exceptionally low levels. This puts home sellers in prime positions for the spring selling season coming up shortly. If you are going to be selling a home soon this is great news for you!
The latter half of 2015 was excellent for Westborough real estate sales. Home sales followed a very similar pattern to last year when the first quarter of the year was slow but took off in the middle to latter half.
The month of December was average with ten home sales. This was slightly better than December of last year when there was 7 home sales. Pending sales however were no great skakes with only 6 properties going under contract.

There were 178 sales in 2015 vs 177 in 2014. You could not get much closer in terms of sales volume!
2014 sales vs 2013 Sales
Westborough finished 2014 with 177 sales. This is an increase from 2013 when there were 168 sales. Westborough is one of the few towns in the area that finished the year with more sales than last.
