Current October 2015 Home For Sale Inventory Levels
The are currently 56 homes on the market in Northbridge MA. This is two less homes for sale than last month when there were 58 homes available. The average list price of these homes is $349,918. The average days on the market is 178. Inventory of homes for sale has been trending between 55 to 65 homes for sale over the last few months.
Northbridge MA Real Estate Market Analysis
Analysis of the Current Real Estate Market.
The market activity in October was very similar to last year with 2 less sales. Year to date Northbridge is up from last year with ten additional sales at this time. The last few months have been very good which has pushed this years performance ahead of last year. The market activity for the remainder of the year will probably be solid but not spectacular as we have entered a much slower time of year for sales.
The amount of pending transactions this month was off with only 7 homes accepting contracts.
Inventory of homes available for purchase has remained in a consistent range over the last few months. There have been 55-65 homes available for purchase. Inventory should remain fairly consistent over the next few months with supply and demand not swinging too widely from one another.
Through October there have been 117 sales which is up from last year at this time when there were 110 sales.

There were 129 sales in Northbridge in 2014. This was down from 2013 when there were 144 sales.
