Northbridge MA Real Estate Market Analysis
Analysis of the Current Real Estate Market.
The market activity in March for sold properties was down by a significant amount from last year with 11 vs 1. The market has gotten off to an abysmal start so far with the amount of sales lagging last year by a healthy margin. The amount of pending transactions however this month was decent with 8.
Inventory held steady from last month and has been remaining in a range of around the mid fifties for the last few months. Northbridge is one of the few communities where inventory is not at incredibly low levels. It is surprising that sales have not bee at least a little bit better.
Moving forward the next few months should be a lot better with the spring market getting under way.
