Current July 2015 Home For Sale Inventory Levels
The are currently 53 homes on the market in Northbridge MA. This is eleven less homes for sale as last month when there was also 64 homes available. The average list price of these homes is $364,421. The average days on the market is 180. Inventory of homes for sale has gone down over the last two months which is always helpful for those who are selling their home.
Northbridge MA Real Estate Market Analysis
Analysis of the Current Real Estate Market.
The market activity in July for sold properties was solidly up when compared to last year with a difference of five sales 18 vs 13. Year to date however the amount of closed properties has lagged behind the performance from last year. The last few months however sales figures have been strong.
The amount of pending transactions this month was good with 13 homes accepting contracts.
Inventory had been rising over the better part of the beginning of the year but over the last few months that has changed. It is always better to have fewer homes for sale from a home selling perspective. Inventory should remain fairly consistent over the next few months with supply and demand not swinging too widely from one another.
Through July there have been 68 sales which is down from last year at this time when there were 79 sales.

There were 129 sales in Northbridge in 2014. This was down from 2013 when there were 144 sales.
