I expect this to continue or possible decline further for the next couple months.

The amount of homes sold for November in Milford was a bit better than last year with 15 vs 12. Year to date the amount sales this year has been better than last by a healthy amount. Sales have been strong especially over the middle to latter half of the year.
Pending sales this month continued to be decent especially for this time of year when activity tends to be weaker. 15 properties going under contract isn’t bad considering the time of year and lack of inventory.
Low inventory of course favors home sellers. Homes continue to move quickly and for favorable numbers when priced appropriately. Inventory should remain in balance with demand for the remainder of the year.
Milford continues a great place for first time home buyers with the majority of homes for sale falling under $350,000.
Year to date there have been 201 sales. At this same point in time last year there were 184 sales.
