In 2011 the Milford Real Estate market had an increase in the amount of homes sold as compared to 2010. Homes priced properly generally moved in a reasonable amount of time. There was still a downward trend in Real Estate values through out the year. The average days on market increased due to some of the upper end sales remaining on the market for a longer period of time. The lower end of the market (under 300k) remained strong with values holding firmer than in the upper ends of the Milford market.

Current home inventory levels have remained low for Milford through the summer months. It is not unusual at all to have over 100 homes on the market at any given time. This is always a good sign for those considering to sell their home as supply and demand is always a factor with Real Estate values.

Milford had a weaker than expected July with the number of home sales being quite a bit lower as compared to July of 2011. Homes going under contract were pretty decent. Overall the market to date has been better this year than last. As of this same time last year there were 92 homes sold in Milford. Through July there has been 115 sold this year!
