In 2011 the Hopkinton Real Estate market remained remarkable similar statistically to the previous two years. Homes priced properly generally moved in a reasonable amount of time. The upper end of the market remained week with market value erosion still present. The lower end of the market (under 500k) remained much stronger with values holding more steady.

Current home inventory levels have dropped quite a bit coming out of the Spring market selling season. There were quite a few closed sales in the month of July which has brought down the Hopkinton home inventory considerably. Lower inventory is always a good sign for those considering to sell their home.

So far this year home sales in Hopkinton have been significantly better this year compared to last year at this same time. Through July of 2012 there have been 113 sales in Hopkinton! In 2011 through July there were only 79. This is obviously excellent Real Estate news for those considering selling Real Estate in Hopkinton.
