Ashland’s real estate market this past year was remarkably similar to the market in 2013. While the first quarter started out slower than in previous years the rest of the year was steady throughout. Last year there were more homes sold but only by a marginal amount.
With only twenty five homes for sale, inventory is at an incredibly low level.
The market for the first quarter of the year is poised to be a good one for home sellers with so few homes available for purchase. While this time of year is slower for showing activity buyers do not have any choices so will be forced to act quickly when a good home becomes available.
