Ashland’s real estate market has been plagued by incredible low inventory levels all year. Going into January there has never been fewer homes for sale than I can ever remember! Do you hear this Ashland home sellers? This is a fantastic opportunity to get your home on the market and sell for top dollar. The shortage of homes for sale is unlikely to change anytime soon.
This month seven homes went under contract as there are so few home available for purchase due to the lack of inventory.
Homes at present are selling almost as quickly as they hit the market. Often times there is not much negotiating at all as sellers are in the drivers seat.
Without question it is a sellers market in Ashland given how super low the inventory remains. Buyers need to understand this fact and move accordingly when they find something they are interested in.
